Born and raised in the north county of San Diego, Cassie is a true Southern Californian at heart. She has a fun-loving personality with a passion for people, fashion, and the blending of both: making sure that every person sitting in her chair leaves happy, not just with their fresh look, but also with their full experience.

Cassie has had a love for all things hair and makeup since she was a young child playing with her favorite toy: a play makeup kit with colors that were all too real (the bright blue eye shadow and hot pink lips were all the rage)! She has been doing hair and makeup for others since middle school when friends would ask her to help them get ready for their school formals. 

Once Cassie graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a degree in History, she immediately began her schooling in cosmetology at Paul Mitchell The School in Downtown San Diego. She received her Cosmetology License in the fall of 2010.

Always believing that one should never stop learning, Cassie decided that she needed to further her education by assisting top performing stylists. This lead her to Atelier Aucoin Salon in La Jolla, CA, where she assisted for about one year while still seeing clients of her own. She was a stylist there for nearly three years before deciding to return home to the Carlsbad/Oceanside area. From there, she became a member of the opening team at Studio 78, where she rose to "Master Artist," remaining there for nearly four years. In January of 2017, Cassie accomplished a career goal: becoming an educator to other stylists as a member of the Unite family.

In her free time, she loves to travel, nerd out on anything and everything history, watch Disney movies, and spend time with her family, friends, and hoard of pets! Cassie also feels like she is a Disney Princess at heart.
